Lisa Levine named Executive Director
Carson City, NV – The Nevada Rural Electric Association (NREA) Board of Directors announced today that Lisa Levine has been selected as the next Executive Director of the Association. Levine will succeedCarolyn Turner, who has served as NREA Executive Director since 2019.

Wheeler Power and President of the NREA Board. “Her policy experience and expertise will be an asset to the statewide and the Board looks forward to working with her to lead the organization and its members into the future.”
Lisa Levine brings close to two decades of leadership in both the public and private sectors, with a strong background in public affairs and organizational leadership. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Workforce Innovation for Governors Steve Sisolak and Joe Lombardo. She led government affairs on the west coast for gaming company IGT and before that was the longtime aide to Congresswoman Dina Titus. She is an alumna of UNLV and is a proud Nevadan.
Levine will step into the role of Executive Director on March 3, 2025, with Carolyn Turner serving as Senior Advisor. Turner’s last day with NREA will be March 28, 2025.
